UploadRight is an independent educational and document preparation utility. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), National Testing Agency (NTA), Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB), or any central or state government body.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, accessing, or utilizing UploadRight (uploadright.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this site immediately.

2. Nature of Service

UploadRight provides client-side, browser-native tools to crop, resize, pad, and compress candidate photographs and signatures according to publicly released exam criteria. All operations occur on your personal hardware using client-side Web APIs.

3. Applicant Verification Responsibility

While UploadRight makes every reasonable engineering effort to maintain presets that reflect the latest official recruitment notifications, exam authorities occasionally amend requirements without prior notice (e.g., changes to file weight ranges, placard date formats, or DPI requirements).

You are solely responsible for cross-checking your output file dimensions, weight, and format against the official brochure for your active recruitment cycle before submitting your application to any examination portal.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use UploadRight for:

  • ✓Forging, altering, or falsifying identity records, signatures, or educational credentials.
  • ✓Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or flood the platform with automated scripts or bot traffic.
  • ✓Impersonating other applicants or uploading documents for which you lack legal authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall UploadRight, its developers, or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform. This includes, without limitation, portal upload errors, rejected examination registrations, or missed application deadlines.
